PORTLAND, Maine 鈥?A Portland man is behind bars Tuesday after a burglary and sexual assault investigation led to his arrest, according to police.Mohammed Mukhtar, 18, is facing charges of gross sexual assault and burglary after his arrest Monday morning, according to Portland police Lt. Gary Rogers.Mukhtar allegedly entered a mans apartment on High Street early Saturday morning, the lieutenant said.
